User obligations
You agree to provide accurate information and keep classroom credentials confidential. Harassment, scraping class materials for resale, or attempting to access other learners’ repositories without permission may result in removal without refund beyond statutory minima. You must follow reasonable instructions from instructors regarding recording or screen sharing.
Termination
We may suspend access for violations or for non-payment where a private invoice exists. You may stop participating according to the Cancellation Policy. Certain downloadable assets may remain licensed for personal study even after termination unless marked otherwise.
Acceptance
Using the site or signing an enrollment agreement constitutes acceptance of these terms and incorporated policies. If an enterprise agreement conflicts, the signed enterprise document controls for that customer only.
Liability
Training provides education, not guarantees about hiring outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect losses is limited to the fees paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Service description
Programs include scheduled sessions, materials, and described mentor feedback. We may substitute instructors of equal seniority when illness occurs. Feature lists on this site are informational; slight adjustments may occur to reflect tooling updates.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise. Courts in Seoul have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these terms unless applicable law forbids that choice for consumers.
Intellectual property
ForgeLane Academy retains rights to curricula, slides, and branded assets. You receive a non-transferable license to use materials for personal learning. Redistribution requires written permission. Contributions you voluntarily license to the cohort remain yours unless a separate assignment is signed.
