Third parties
We share limited data with processors who host email, classroom video, or ticketing systems under contracts that require confidentiality and deletion timelines. We do not sell personal data. If a processor changes, we notify active cohorts when the change affects their classroom tooling.
Data collected
We collect names, email addresses, company names when provided, phone numbers if you supply them, and message text from contact forms. Classroom systems may collect attendance and submission timestamps. Payment details, if collected later through an processor, are handled only by that processor according to their statement—we do not store full card numbers on this marketing site.

The controller for this site is ForgeLane Academy, reachable at academy@sys-console.one. Postal correspondence should follow the address on the contact page. For data subject requests, include enough detail to locate your records without oversharing government identifiers in email bodies.
Use of data
We use data to respond to inquiries, operate classes, improve curricula, and meet record-keeping duties. Marketing messages are rare and opt-in. Automated decision-making does not determine pricing shown on this site; amounts are fixed per program listing unless a private quote is explicitly issued in writing.
Rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data. We verify identity proportionally to the risk of the request. Some classroom records must be retained for dispute resolution; we explain any denials with legal basis references.
Scope
This policy covers sys-console.one and the services described here. It does not cover third-party sites we link to. Alumni communities on external chat platforms follow those platforms’ rules in addition to our code of conduct where applicable.
Retention
Contact form messages are retained twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for an open inquiry. Classroom records follow separate retention schedules communicated during onboarding. Logs with IP addresses roll off after ninety days unless implicated in a security investigation.
