Process
Email cancellations to the address on your invoice or to academy@sys-console.one with the subject line including your cohort name. We confirm receipt within two business days. Partial refunds, when eligible, are reconciled to the original payment method where technically possible.
Exceptions
If you accessed more than thirty percent of downloadable materials for a digital sprint, we may reduce refunds proportionally. Corporate contracts follow their exhibits. Force-majeure events may shift dates rather than trigger automatic refunds if equivalent seats are offered.

Timeframe
Consumers resident in Korea may withdraw from distance contracts within seven days of purchase for purely digital goods that have not been substantially opened; after material access, different rules apply. Cohort programs publish specific cutoff dates before the first live session—typically fourteen days prior for full credit minus processing fees.
Scope
This policy covers tuition-like fees listed on this site. Third-party exam vouchers or travel booked separately are not our charges. Installment plans follow the processor’s reversal rules.
Eligibility
Eligibility depends on program type, residency, and whether a custom enterprise order exists. Scholarship seats may carry additional conditions disclosed in the award letter. If you are unsure which category applies, ask before paying.
